Let's Go to the Museum! Enjoying Modern Art with Dick Bruna

Dutch graphic designer, Dick Bruna(1927- ), who had created one of the world's best known rabbits "Miffy", still keeps on producing new works though he became eighty last year. Along the story of his picture book "Miffy at the Gallery" we select and display the Iwate's modern art works from the museum collection. Moreover, we try to provide a glimpse of the secrets of Bruna's unique style and techniques, showing his various works such as original book illustraions, prints, paperbacks and posters.
