Mika Ninagawa: Earthly Flowers, Heavenly Colors

Date:
Apr.11,2009(Sat) - May.31,2009(Sun)

Detail

Mika Ninagawa has earned a high reputation as a major contemporary photographer. At the same time, she has ventured freely into a remarkably wide range of fields, working in fashion, music, advertising, and films. This exhibition is her first retrospective, examining her important photographic series produced over 13 years from 1995 to 2008. Ninagawa captures moments of eternity spreading out just beyond the reality we see with our naked eyes, inviting the viewer into a dazzling and joyous world. We hope you fully enjoy the delights of this " Ninagawa world".
